4. Contact Form & Formspree

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form handling service. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted securely over HTTPS to Formspree's servers, which then forwards it to our email.

Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. Formspree stores submissions on servers located in the United States.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on your explicit consent, given by checking the consent box on the contact form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. We delete your data once the conversation is concluded, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
